Aisha Leach
Executive Director

Aisha is an HR executive with 28 years of experience building strategic people programs. She has experience in the tech sector, with non-profits, and social enterprises. She is passionate about teaching and serves as a part-time Senior Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University in San Francisco. She has her Master’s in HR Management from Golden Gate University.

Molly Kelly
Chief Development Officer

Molly is an experienced non-profit executive working in reentry services, partnerships, and programs. She is an advocate, connector, and change-maker committed to empowering individuals affected by the justice system. She draws on her lived experience to share her story of successful reentry and seven years of recovery. Molly is an exceptional organizer with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse communities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Bend, Indiana.

Angela Griffin
Chief Program Officer

Angela has 20 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, workforce development training, and reentry services. Her recent experience includes working as the Workforce Development Director and Lead Instructor for a workforce development nonprofit in San Francisco. She specializes in working with marginalized communities in the SF Bay Area, as well as being an advocate in the LGBTQ+ community. As a justice-impacted person in recovery, Angela understands the impact of reentry programs. She has her Master’s in HR Management from Golden Gate University.
