Mission Statement

Rebuild and Rise exists to prepare trauma-impacted women for successful reentry by providing education, support, and opportunities. We empower women to rebuild their lives with dignity, purpose, and the tools to rise above systemic barriers - so they can return stronger, self-sufficient, and ready to thrive!

Vision Statement

We envision a world where every woman is met with opportunity, not judgment. A world where women impacted by trauma have access to meaningful employment, supportive communities, and the tools to lead empowered, stable, and fulfilling lives. Rooted in dignity, equity, and the belief in every woman’s potential, we strive to break cycles of adversity and create a society where healing is possible and new beginnings are always within reach.
